Training and collaboration

Would you like to support us on site for a few weeks or even months and complete your training to become a PADI Divemaster? Then we have the perfect option for you! We would be happy to advise you personally and individually at a team meeting.

PADI Divemaster

As a PADI Divemaster, you have the opportunity to work as a dive guide and dive assistant all over the world. PADI Divemasters are also always in demand for marine conservation projects.

If you have never dived before, we recommend that you do an introductory dive beforehand.

The training from beginner to PADI Pro takes about 2 months with intensive training.

Our entire internship program lasts 20 weeks, although you can stay with us for less time depending on your level of training and time. However, we recommend at least 6 weeks.

Our internship starts 3 times a year.

Spring course: March (Divemaster course: April)

Summer course: May (Divemaster course: June)

Autumn course: July (Divemaster course: August)

By working with us at the diving school and the Xenios project, you will complete your training with us. This means that the longer you stay, the more money you will get back from us for your training.

You decide how long you want to stay with us. The minimum is 6 weeks and the maximum is 20 weeks.

Pre-Divemaster

Week 1-4
Starting level: Beginner

The main focus of your Pre-Divemaster Internship is to train as a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver and to complete 40 dives. This means that you will spend a lot of time in the water.

Additionally, you will help us collect data for the sea turtles and carry out various back office tasks.

Divemaster training

Week 5 - 8
Starting level: PADI Advanced Open Water Diver

Now it's time for your training to become a PADI Divemaster. In the first week you'll take the PADI Rescue Diver and Emergency First Responder courses. After that you'll learn all the skills you need to become a PADI Pro. During this time your training is the main focus. You'll only have to do light work in the diving school.

Divemaster Internship

Week 9 - 16

Starting level: PADI Divemaster

After you have successfully completed your PADI Divemaster course, the time has come! You can show other people the wonderful underwater world for the first time. When guiding licensed divers or snorkeling tours, you always keep your eyes open for sea turtles, explain our project to customers and manage our turtle database as part of the team.
